Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To request a return, email us at trinketstotreasure24@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
To process any claims, clear photo documentation is required, including:
- The outer packaging (shipping box and label)
- Inner packaging materials
- All items received
- Any damaged items (including close-up images)
This documentation is required to verify the issue and to submit any applicable shipping claims.
Please note:
- Claims submitted without photo evidence will not be eligible for replacement or refund
- Items that have been discarded before documentation is provided cannot be verified and are not eligible for replacement or refund

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund, then place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us.
